Drawing from the book of Exodus and the life of Moses, we will give attention to understanding the nature of the assignment and the principles that God used to bring success when failure seemed eminent. These powerful teachings will offer great hope and courage in the face of ministry's most daunting challenges.

In Part 2 of Leading in the Wilderness, Pastor James Nichols takes us through Scripture, events with Moses, and the children of Israel to answer the following:

- How do we lead people?
- What is the difference between humility and meekness?
- Is patience tied to perseverance?
- Why do we forget the goodness of God when in difficulties?  
- Who are you called to lead?  
- How do you lead people while God is changing them?  
- What to do with rebellion in the camp.

In Part 3 of Leading In the Wilderness, Bishop Lance Johnson gives Kingdom insight using the life of David, I Samuel 17, Psalm 23, Acts 13:22, and other Scriptures to answer the following questions:

- Who authored the wilderness?
- Why was David accepted and Saul rejected?
- Why was David called "a man after God's own heart?
- Are we faithful in the waiting?  
- Are we anxious waiting for the call to be fulfilled?  
- Are you pressing on toward a prophecy or toward the Giver of the prophecy?
